摘要:为了实现喷气织机节能降耗,介绍辅喷嘴的引纬作用、结构及安装方法;CA082-190-6C-2C-E型喷气织机的车速为600 r/min±10 r/min,织造经纬纱为T/R 14.6 tex/2×C 29.2 tex、经纬密度为32.4根/cm×22.8根/cm,幅宽为170 cm织物时,测试“1拖5”引纬型式下不同喷嘴的气耗,“1拖3”引纬型式配套A,B,C不同辅喷嘴气耗的最小值。通过对比分析,指出:辅喷嘴气耗约占整机气耗的81.20%;“1拖3”引纬型式配套C型辅喷嘴节能效果好;降低喷气织机能耗应从降低辅喷嘴气耗入手,以配套全系统节能措施的效果为佳。

Study on Energy Saving Method of Relay Nozzle for Air-jet Loom

Abstract:In order to realize energy-saving and consumption-decreasing of air-jet loom,the weft insertion function,structure and installation of relay nozzles are introduced.When the speed of the air-jet loom CA082-190-6C-2C-E is 600 r/min±10 r/min,the fabric with the warp and weft yarn of T/R 14.6 tex/2×C 29.2 tex,warp and weft density of 32.4 yarns per cm×22.8 yarns per cm,and width of 170 cm is weaved,and air-consumption of different nozzles under the“1 draging 5”weft insertion pattern and the the minimum values of the air-consumption under the“1 draging 3”weft insertion pattern matching relay nozzles A,B and C are tested.Through comparative analysis,it is pointed out that the air-consumption of relay nozzle accounts for about 81.20% of the air-consumption of the whole machine;“1 draging 3”weft insertion patten matching the relay nozzle C has good energy saving effect;once start with reducing the air-consumption of relay nozzle to supplement the energy-saving measures of the whole system,the best effect for reducing the energy-consumption of air-jet loom can be achieved.
