使用清梳落棉开发OEC 29.2 tex纱的生产实践

摘要:为了提高转杯纺纱强力指标、降低生产成本,使用清梳落棉和梳棉机车肚、斩刀花等落棉开发OEC 29.2 tex纱,介绍其生产工艺流程和原料特性,分析清花、梳棉、并条和转杯纺工序的生产工艺配置及车间温湿度的控制原则;详细探讨并条设备运转、并条牵伸工艺及转杯纺工艺和器材不良造成的纱疵原因及控制方法。指出:使用清梳等全落棉开发OEC 29.2 tex纱,应根据原料特性,通过调整配棉、优化各工序工艺参数、加强温湿度控制及设备维护保养等措施,实现稳定产品质量并提高经济效益。

Production Practice of Development of OEC 29.2 texYarn Using the Blowing-carding Noil

Abstract:In order to improve the strength index of rotor spinning and reduce the production costs,OEC 29.2 tex yarn is developed by using blowing-carding noil,and noil of fly cotton and flat strip in carding machine and so on,the production process and characteristics of raw materials are introduced,and the production process configuration and temperature and humidity control principles of blowing,carding,drawing and rotor spinning are analyzed.The causes and control methods of yarn defects caused by the operation and drafting process of drawng equipments and the poor rotor spinning process and accessories are discussed in detail.It is pointed out that in order to develop OEC 29.2 tex yarn using pure noil including blowing-cardng noil and so on,we should adjust the cotton assorting,optimize the process parameters of each process,strengthen the temperature and humidity control and equipment maintenance according to the characteristics of raw materials,so as to achieve stable product quality and improve economic benefits.
